Minor updates - titlescreen and battle balance

Made a couple quick improvements - new titlescreen and better battle balance (excuse the alliteration)! Had originally nerfed the battles to prevent any unfortunate softlocks that might occur during the live stream. Now that the jam is over, I had time to sit down and balance the game out to make it a bit more challenging.
